Dr. Christopher J. Rodarte attended medical school at the University of California Irvine after graduating from California State University, Fresno with his Bachelor of Science in Functional Biology. After completing his residency at Merrithew Memorial Hospital Family Practice Residency Program in Martinez, California, he became a staff physician for United Health Centers. In 1997 he moved to Family HealthCare Network where he was a staff physician and served for a time as Medical Director. Dr. Rodarte is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and is an Adjunct Faculty-Associate Professor with A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Mark Tetz received his medical degree from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada after completing undergraduate work in cellular, molecular and microbiology. He completed his residency at the University of Calgary Foothills Hospital. He moved to Visalia in 1996 where he was in private practice at KSMG Primary Care until 2000 when he joined Visalia Family Practice. Dr. Tetz is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the Tulare County Medical Society, the American Diabetes Association and the California Medical Association.

Dr. Elena Voronejskaia received her medical degree from the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in the Caribbean after completing her initial medical education at Tyumen State Medical Academy in Russia. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Prisma Health in Greenville, South Carolina. Prior to her medical career in the United States, she worked as a Molecular Biology Technician at the University of Toronto for eight years. She moved to California and settled in Visalia, drawn to the Central Valley's agricultural community. She began her work at Family Health Care Network and joined Visalia Family Practice in 2025 to serve the community. Kourtney is a Physician Assistant with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is Board Certified with National Commission on Certification of Physicians Assistants. She has 16 years of experience in Family Medicine in Visalia and Exeter. She possesses a broad range of knowledge in adult medicine, women's health and pediatrics with additional experience in minor surgical procedures.

Monica is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters degree in the science of Nursing from Walden University, Minneapolis, MN. Monica holds her Board Certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Monica has worked as a medical professional in our community for over 20 years, having worked for Kaweah Delta Medical Center as a Registered nurse and in Fresno as an Oncology Nurse. Monica has a broad range of knowledge in acute inpatient care, oncology, and outpatient services. She joined Visalia Family Practice in August of 2021 and enjoys providing health care in the community where she grew up.
